To this end, Interwetten can determine whether or not the Account is being used by you by applying additional player authentication methods (e.g. Two Factor Authentication, Strong Customer Authentication - 2FA, SCA, etc.). Moreover, Interwetten may ask you to declare the devices you are using for your Participation in the Games and inform you that it will not accept transactions through devices that have not been declared.

Similarly, the differentiation of the patterns of the Gaming Activity is not a sufficient proof or a sufficient indication that your Electronic Account is being used by a third party. Interwetten must evaluate the degree of differentiation of a pattern, in combination with the individual elements and the particularities of each case, so that he can validly claim that your Account is being used or has been used by a third party. For example, the mere fact that a Player has decided to significantly increase the amount of his Participation without, however, this increase can be characterized as unusual in the common experience, or to choose a different type of Bet (e.g. "accumulator bet” instead of “only acceptable "or vice versa) and/or organization and/or sport and/or game, etc., do not sufficiently justify the imposition of a "Block", without at the same time Interwetten substantiating with the required accuracy, adequacy, completeness and justification, its claim that your Account is being used or has been used by a third party.

    5.2.4 Closed Electronic Account

Interwetten will close your Account and put it in a "Closed" state, according to the decision of the Minister of Finance number 79835 EX 2020 / 24.7.2020 (GG B' 3265) in the following cases:

    b. Thirty (30) days after the expiration of the deadline for the completion of the certification and verification process of your identity, if the information provided by you has not been confirmed, in accordance with the provisions of the Anti-Money Laundering Regulation.

    c. Immediately upon submission of your request for an indefinite period of exclusion from the Games.

    d. If it has been found or if there are valid, reasoned and strong indications that part or all of the information provided by you for the creation of your Electronic Account is untrue or inaccurate.

    e. If twelve (12) months have passed since your Account was Inactive.

    f. If twenty-four (24) months have passed since the Account was “Blocked”.

    l. In case Interwetten has objective and valid data that you have violated any other regulation contained in the Terms and conditions of this present Contract or the rules of the Games, as applicable from time to time. Any decision of Interwetten for the blocking of your Account is sufficiently justified and may not be contested by you. Interwetten shall notify the justification of its decision concerning the blocking of your Electronic Account exclusively to the competent authorities, in the cases where this is imposed by the current provisions in force. In case of a Blocked account, Interwetten shall also be entitled to withhold and/or retain any and all profits which would otherwise have been paid or payable to you, until the case is settled and the blocking of the account is lifted, unless otherwise imposed by the Regulatory Framework.

    m. In case Interwetten has objective and valid data that you have used the Games and services offered on www.interwetten.gr in an inappropriate manner or you have deliberately cheated or taken unfair advantage of Interwetten or any of its other Players.

    n. In case Interwetten has objective and valid data that you have used the products and services offered on www.interwetten.gr in a fraudulent manner and/or for illegal and/or unlawful or improper purposes. Interwetten takes any form of fraudulent activity of Players very seriously. Any fraudulent activity, as determined at Interwetten' sole discretion, is strictly prohibited. Fraudulent activity may include, but is not limited to, stolen cards, transfer of funds to other Player accounts (chip dumping), forgery, collusion, the use of impermissible software tools, the provision of false registration data or other requested information, etc. In addition to any other remedies provided under the terms and conditions of this present Contract or the applicable Games’ rules, Interwetten reserves the right to pursue claims for criminal prosecution and/or civil damages concerning any fraudulent activities. Players involved in any form of suspected fraudulent activity and any suspicious transaction will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

    o. In case Interwetten is requested to do so by the police, any regulatory authority or court and/or Interwetten considers that any of the events referred to above may have occurred or are likely to occur.

Interwetten shall not close your Account, citing vague or unclear reasons and makes the relevant decisions justified on the basis of data that objectively substantiates his decision to close your Account.

    You understand that:

    a. It is not allowed to re-create your Electronic Account before twelve (12) months have elapsed from its closing and that from this prohibition the case b’ above is excluded, provided that the above case d' does not occur.

    b. The closure of your Electronic Player Account terminates the contractual relationship between you and Interwetten and all the details of your transactions and Participations made using your Account, as well as any other item or data held by Interwetten on the occasion and in execution of obligations of the parties in the context of the contractual relationship, are observed by it in the form, manner and for the time provided in the decision number 79835 EX 2020/24.7.2020 of the Ministry of Finance (B’ 3265) and the existing provisions.

    c. If there is a credit balance in your Electronic Account, closing according to the provisions of decision number 79835 EX 2020/24.7.2020 of the Minister of Finance (B’ 3265), Interwetten shall pay this balance to the account that has been declared as soon as possible and in any case, within three (3) working days after the closure of the Electronic Account, in compliance with the provisions of the Anti-Money Laundering Regulation.

    d. In the event that at the closing of your Electronic Player Account your Account is "Temporary", no winnings are paid to you and Interwetten shall clear the credit balance of your Account, subject to the provisions of the Anti-Money Laundering Regulation.

    e. In the event that when closing your Electronic Player Account, Interwetten knows or has serious indications or suspicions that the money in the Account, regardless of amount, constitute or are related to products of criminal activities or linked to the financing of terrorism, apply the relevant provisions of the provisions of L. 4557/2018 (A' 139) and Anti-Money Laundering Regulation.

5.3 Limits and restrictions of Gaming Behavior

This section of this Contract describes the Limits set in the Gaming Activity. The Limits are set either in the context of the compliance with the provisions of the decision of the Minister of Finance with number 79835 EX 2020/24.7.2020 (B' 3265) and the Instructions of the HGC or due to a special provision set out in more specific Terms of this Contract. Below are the following types of limits:

5.3.1 Limits set by the Player (You):

The limits set by You, in accordance with the provisions of the decision of the Minister of Finance with number 79835 EX 2020/24.7.2020 (GG B' 3265) and this Contract, are the following:

    a. monetary limit, in terms of the maximum deposit amount (deposit limit)

    b. monetary limit, in terms of the maximum amount of loss (loss limit), and

    c. time limit, in terms of the maximum participation time (time limit) in Other Online Games and in virtual events Betting, the result of which is extracted by the use of a random number generator.

You comprehend the following regarding the functionality and expediency of setting the above limits:

    a. That you are obliged to set the above limits, according to the number 79835 EX 2020/24.7.2020 decision of the Minister of Finance (GG B' 3265) and the Principles of Responsible Gaming.

    b. That you have to set the limits, guided by a prudent playing behavior commensurate with your abilities and being aware of the dangers that your involvement with the Games entails.

    c. That you can modify the above limits, after the period for which they were set, with the exception of the modification of existing limits to the strictest, which applies immediately.

    d. That you will be notified with an information message from Interwetten as soon as you exceed 80% of the case limit, according to the provisions of the decision of the Minister of Finance number 79835 EX 2020/24.7.2020 (B' 3265).

    e. That in case of termination of your Participation due to the completion of the maximum time limit of your Participation is not allowed to Participate in the Games for the time remaining until the expiration of the limit.

    f. That in the event that with your forthcoming Participation, you will exceed the limit of the maximum amount of loss (loss limit), you are allowed to continue your Participation provided that, with the placement in which you will proceed, you will not exceed the maximum loss limit set.

    g. That the above time limit of your maximum participation time is set at day level from 00:00:00 to 23:59:59 of the same calendar day, or week, from Sunday to Saturday, or month, from the first to the last day of the month.

    h. That your Participation time counts as that of the active Participation in Other Online Games, including the virtual events, the result of which is extracted by using a random number generator. The time spent on the Website and/or connection to the Special software (client software) of Interwetten without active participation in the Games (e.g. placing bets, "betting", etc.) is not counted towards the maximum participation time limit.

You, already with your registration and acceptance of this Contract, are obliged, before you even Participate in the Games, to set in each limit a specific price of your choice. The “no limit” preference is not allowed to be granted. Interwetten ensures that you can enter the desired value for each limit. In the event that default values are used, the scale of these values is structured in a way that for you to have as many options as possible and to make sure that the Limit setting system useful and functional. In the event that you wish to set a price not included in the options, Interwetten shall inform You of the price that is available and is closest to the desired one. If a rounding of values is required, it is performed to the nearest integer, according to the condition i≤0.4, i≥0.5, where (i) the digits of the units, tens, hundreds or thousands for which rounding is required.

With regard to the modification of a limit, it takes place after the period for which the specific limit has been set, unless it is a modification to the stricter one, which applies immediately. Thus, you understand, for example, that if you set a limit on a monthly basis and then modify it, the modification will take effect on the 1st day of the month following the one you modified that limit, unless it is a modification to the strictest, whereupon it applies immediately. Similarly, if you set a limit on a daily or weekly basis and then modify it, the modification will apply, respectively, from the next day on which you have modified that limit or from the 1st day of the week following that which you have modified it, unless it is a modification to the strictest, in which case it applies immediately.

5.3.2 Limits defined by the decision of the Minister of Finance number 79835 EX 2020/24.7.2020 (B' 3265) as amended and currently applicable.

    a. The limit of twenty-four (24) hours of the maximum duration of the Gaming Session.
You understand that this specific time limit operates, is calculated and applied independently of the time limit of the maximum participation time limit and that these two limits should not be confused with each other. For the calculation of the limit of twenty-four (24) hours maximum duration of the Gaming Session, the time is counted from the moment you enter the Website or Interwetten’ game software using the registration data (log in) and the time is calculated regardless of whether you Participate in the Games or simply browse the Website or remain connected to the game software (client software).

    b. The limit of twenty (20) Euros of the maximum amount of Participation in Other Online Games, the result of which is extracted with a random number generator (RNG).

    Sportsbook Rules

This document constitutes the Game Guide of Interwetten Gaming Ltd (hereinafter “Interwetten" or the “Company") for Betting (excluding betting on virtual events).

    PART A

General Terms of Use & Company Statements

    1. Your participation in the games hosted on the website intrewetten.gr (the “website") is undertaken at your own risk. The website and the games offered thereon, having undergone review by the Hellenic Gaming Commission (HGC), are provided without any further warranty, express or implied. In particular, Interwetten, its management, employees, associates and service providers: (a) do not warrant that the software or the website is fit for its intended purpose; (b) do not warrant that the software and the website are free from errors; (c) do not warrant uninterrupted access to the website or the games offered thereon; and (d) shall not be liable for any losses, costs or damages, whether direct or indirect, arising from your participation in the games or your use of the website.

    2. Betting selections suggested by Interwetten are generated on the basis of statistical data received from third parties, without prior verification of the accuracy of such data. For the avoidance of doubt, such indicative suggestions do not constitute advice or a recommendation by the Company and do not provide any guarantee of profit whatsoever.

    3. Any information provided by the Customer Service Department is for advisory purposes only. Although every effort is made to ensure that the information communicated is accurate and up to date, players are solely responsible for ensuring that they fully understand the nature of the bets they place and the applicable terms and rules governing them. The applicable terms, of which you are required to be aware, include, in addition to the Accession Agreement and this Guide, any information available through the “[i]" information icon (or a similar icon directing users to information) displayed prominently near the description of specific bets and/or betting selections.

    Identification & AML Matters

    4. In accordance with the regulatory framework, Interwetten blocks any player's online account where the player's identity has not been verified within thirty (30) days of its creation. To avoid this, you must provide Interwetten with all information and documents requested for identification purposes.

    5. Interwetten may from time to time carry out checks in order to verify players' compliance with applicable law, the terms and conditions and this Guide. In this context, Interwetten may require you to repeat the identity verification process and/or provide additional information and/or documents, including for the purposes of conclusively verifying your identity, confirming that payment methods used belong to you, confirming that the account is used by you, or for other legitimate purposes. Requests by Interwetten for additional information may also be based on requests received by the Company from competent supervisory authorities. While such checks are being conducted, Interwetten may restrict withdrawals from your account and/or restrict your access to the website or part thereof. If any such restriction causes you difficulty, please contact the Customer Service Department. If you are unwilling or unable to provide the additional information and/or documents, Interwetten may block your account and/or permanently close it and/or retain funds that may have been deposited, where there are indications that incorrect information has been provided maliciously.

    6. Interwetten points out that it is bound by legislation on the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing and, for this reason, submits reports to the competent authorities. Accordingly, if you become aware of suspicious activity in relation to any of the games offered, you must report it to Interwetten immediately.

    7. (a) All information/documents you submit must be correct and complete when you register on the website and must remain accurate throughout your contractual relationship with the Company and for such period thereafter as required by the applicable regulatory framework. For this purpose, you are required to notify Interwetten immediately of any change.

    (b) From the time you register on the website and throughout your contractual relationship with Interwetten, you warrant that both deposits into your account and your participation in the games are made using your own funds. Deposits through third-party accounts (even where such third parties are legal entities in which you hold an interest and/or management rights or rights to operate accounts or payment instruments generally) will not be accepted and, in the exceptional event that this occurs, Interwetten shall be entitled, among other things, to withhold any resulting winnings and to take any other lawful action.

    Breaches & Game Integrity

    8. If Interwetten establishes or reasonably suspects a breach of the Terms and Conditions or this Guide, it reserves the right not to open, to block or to close your account, without paying any winnings, and to apply such funds against any loss for which you are responsible.

    9. Interwetten does not tolerate players who display abusive or offensive behaviour or a threatening attitude when communicating with the Customer Service Department. If you behave in this manner, Interwetten reserves the right to cease responding to your messages, refuse to grant a bonus or offer, exclude you from any additional bonuses, rewards or offers, and also block and/or close your account.

    10. If Interwetten establishes or reasonably suspects that its services are being used fraudulently and/or for illegal, unethical or improper purposes, or through unfair practices, it reserves the right to block or close your account or cancel any of your bets. Unfair practices include, by way of example and without limitation: (i) placing a bet after the occurrence of the event on which the bet is placed, in an attempt to unfairly exploit any technical delay in the technical systems of Interwetten or its partners (“late bet"); and (ii) placing a bet as part of a strategy that guarantees you a certain profit regardless of the outcome of the relevant betting event, in particular by placing opposing bets with other gambling providers, as established or reasonably suspected by Interwetten (“sure bet" or “arbitrage").

    11. If Interwetten establishes or reasonably suspects collusion or fraudulent or unfair cooperation between players, it may, at its discretion, refuse or cancel any bet or part thereof at any time, including after a bet has been settled. In addition, Interwetten reserves the right to take action against players where such collusion is established by Interwetten itself or by an official body or authority.

    12. Interwetten participates in the non-profit organisation International Betting Integrity Association (“IBIA"), which is active in reporting irregular conduct in betting and possible cases of event manipulation. As a member of the IBIA, Interwetten participates directly in the early warning system intended to identify such betting patterns. In particular:

    (a) Where an alert is received, Interwetten suspends the offering of the event or series of events and cancels the bets placed, irrespective of whether they have previously been settled as winning bets, returning the stakes to players within five (5) days.

    (b) If the integrity of the event or series of events is pending determination by the relevant sports federation or another competent authority, Interwetten may wait until a final determination has been made before paying winnings on any such event or series of events. Nevertheless, players may choose either to wait for completion of the relevant investigation by the competent authority or to request the return of their stake, provided that six (6) months have elapsed from the date of the event and the investigation has not been completed.

    (c) Furthermore, where the competent sports authorities or other competent bodies confirm that manipulation has occurred in any event or series of events, and/or where the integrity of any participant or team is called into question (for example through disqualification) by a competent body, Interwetten reserves the right to cancel any bets placed on such events, whether by a person confirmed to have acted improperly (for example by possessing inside information relating to the event) or by any other person whom Interwetten reasonably suspects to be connected with, cooperating with or otherwise involved with that person. This is without prejudice to Interwetten's general right under the provisions above to cancel a bet irrespective of whether the player was involved in any manipulation of the event.

    (d) For the avoidance of doubt, Interwetten does not accept bets from customers who are directly involved in the events on which they have chosen to bet. Such customers include, indicatively, players, referees, coaches, sports judges, officials and persons closely connected with them. Interwetten cancels such bets without further notice, even after they have been settled as winning bets.

Effective Date, Jurisdiction & Governing Law

    13. This Guide, together with the Accession Agreement, sets out the framework governing Interwetten's provision of services to players. From the effective date of the Guide, namely the date on which it is posted as shown at the top of the page, it replaces all previous communications or proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between you and any representative of Interwetten.

    14. The invalidity of any particular term or provision of this Guide shall not affect the binding nature of the remaining terms.

    15. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Guide shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens and shall be governed by Greek law.

    PART B

General Betting Rules & Settlement Rules

    Cash Out

If a match is interrupted but Cash Out has been completed before the interruption, the Cash Out amount shall apply rather than a refund of the stake for that bet. If the Cash Out is completed after the interruption, Interwetten reserves the right to withhold or cancel the Cash Out amount.

If a Cash Out request is successful, the bet will be settled immediately and the account holder will be notified accordingly. The actual final outcome of the relevant markets will have no effect on the Cash Out amount.

The Cash Out amount offered at any given time is the total amount that will be returned to your account if the Cash Out request is successful.

Any bonuses expected from other current promotions will not apply where Cash Out has been used.

Cash Out may not be combined with any other current promotion.

Any bets settled using Cash Out will not count towards the wagering requirements of any promotion.

Where the Cash Out amount offered does not exceed 5% of the original stake, the Cash Out option will be disabled. If the stake was placed using a Free Bet, Cash Out will be available only where the potential return is greater than the amount of the Free Bet.

Interwetten cannot guarantee that Cash Out will be available for your particular betting selection.

Interwetten shall not be liable if Cash Out is unavailable for technical reasons, and bets will remain valid as originally placed during any such period.

Interwetten reserves the right to accept or reject any stake requested on any of the sports, competitions, markets or bet types included in Cash Out.

Interwetten reserves the right to amend, suspend or remove Cash Out and to limit the number of active automatic Cash Out requests at any time for any event, match or market. Bets placed on such events, matches or markets will remain valid as originally placed.

Interwetten reserves the right, at its discretion and without prior notice, to restrict or cancel Cash Out and to limit the number of active automatic Cash Out requests from specific account holders.

Interwetten's general Terms & Conditions apply in all cases to all bets that have been concluded.

If a Cash Out is carried out manually for a bet, any automatic Cash Out request relating to that bet will automatically be withdrawn and will cease to apply.

    Bet Builder

For Bet Builder bets, all selections relating to the selected event must be correct in order for the bet to win. If one or more selections are voided (for example, if a match is interrupted and is not resumed within 48 hours) or if a selected player does not participate in the match, the bet is void in its entirety and the stakes are returned. The stake will not be returned if, in the event of a match interruption, one selection has already been determined as losing. In penalty situations where the player fails to score with the first attempt, the selection is considered lost (Penalty missed), even if a goal is scored on a second attempt. In addition, bets on “Milestones" (which team will be first to reach X points) are lost where neither team reaches the specified number.

Payouts are subject to the maximum amounts set by the bookmaker.

All bets shall be considered valid for the result at “Regular Time" or the “Final Result", unless otherwise stated in connection with the bet or in the specific rules of the relevant sport. “Regular Time" or the “Final Result" shall be defined in accordance with the corresponding interpretation under the official rules published by the competent federation. For example, in football, regular time is defined as 90 minutes including stoppage time. If the relevant federation determines before the start of the event that the event will be played over a different duration, that decision shall be treated as the official rule for the event (for example, an Under-19 football match played in two 40-minute halves). Nevertheless, the duration of such event shall be deemed to be its “regular playing time" and shall not include extra time unless expressly stated otherwise. Basketball, American Football, Ice Hockey and Baseball are exceptions, unless expressly stated otherwise.

All bets placed are valid and cannot be revoked.

Interwetten reserves the right to refuse all or part of any bet for any reason.

If a bet is voided, the stakes are returned to the players.

Interwetten accepts single bets unless otherwise stated for specific events.

Interwetten does not accept related or interdependent bets, whether as singles or multiples/accumulators. Bets falling within this category will be voided without further notice. Interwetten reserves the right to void the entire bet in such circumstances. This rule does not apply to the Bet Builder offering.

Odds are subject to change. In all cases, however, all bets will be settled at the odds offered at the time they were placed.

Where a multiple bet includes events subject to different maximum payout limits, the lowest limit shall apply. Bets exceeding the maximum payout limit will be adjusted down to the amount permitted by Interwetten and/or the regulatory framework.

Interwetten will return your stakes on bets relating to a participant who did not take part in the event or did not start, unless otherwise stated in the specific rules of the sport.

In the event of a dead heat between two or more selections, the stake shall be proportionally and equally divided by the number of tied selections and paid at the odds at which the bet was placed.

Where Interwetten reasonably believes that a live bet was placed after the outcome of an event was already known, or after the selected participant or team had gained a material advantage (for example, a goal scored or an opponent being sent off), Interwetten reserves the right to void the bet whether it is winning or losing.

If, for any reason, we are unable to verify the result of a particular market (for example, due to loss of the live feed), all bets shall be void unless settlement has already been determined.

    Competition Abandonment (Outrights)

If a competition is discontinued for any reason, Interwetten reserves the right to settle outright markets on the basis of the existing officially ratified standings or the officially ratified champion, as confirmed by the relevant official organising authority, irrespective of the number of remaining scheduled matches and irrespective of any play-offs, where applicable. Where neither the standings nor the champion of the relevant competition have been officially ratified by the competent organising authority, all open bets shall be void for settlement purposes, irrespective of the number of remaining scheduled matches and irrespective of any play-offs, where applicable. Bets already determined before the competition was discontinued will be settled according to their outcome. Interwetten will not settle related open bets while subsequent appeals or court decisions concerning ratification of the standings or the winner of the competition remain pending. This rule applies to the settlement of bets in all sports except basketball. Detailed betting rules for basketball outright markets and their settlement are set out in the basketball section.

Interwetten reserves the right, at its discretion, to void all or part of a bet if it contains an obvious error in the description of the event or in the odds.

Interwetten shall not be liable for any errors relating to bets or stakes, including where: (i) Interwetten has incorrectly set the relevant odds/handicaps/totals or Cash Out amount; (ii) Interwetten continues to accept bets or stakes on markets that have closed or been suspended; (iii) Interwetten incorrectly calculates or pays a settlement amount; or (iv) any error occurs in a random number generator or payout table included, incorporated or used in any game or product.

Incorrect Price. Where a manifest error is identified in live betting or after a match/event has started, any bets shall stand and be settled at Interwetten's corrected price. Where a manifest error is identified before the start of an event, the bet will be voided and the user will be notified by relevant email from Interwetten.

Incorrect Count/Line/Handicap/Total. Before the start of an event, during live betting or after the event, where a manifest error is identified, any bets shall stand and be settled at the count, line, handicap or total at Interwetten's corrected price, except in the following cases:

    i) Where the corrected price would be less than 1.01, the bets shall be void.

ii) Any bet on a count, line, handicap or total where the result was already known when the bet was placed shall be void.

Incorrect Event Details. Where the wrong player or team is stated in the title of an event, all bets shall be void. Such determination shall be made by Interwetten at its discretion, taking into account the materiality of the error.

Participant Error. If a participant is incorrectly listed for any match or event, bets placed on that participant shall be settled as void. Bets on other participants may also be voided to the extent they are affected by the error. Such determination shall be made by Interwetten at its discretion, taking into account the materiality of the error.

Late Bets. If, for any reason, a pre-event bet is inadvertently accepted after the match or event has already started, the bets shall be settled as follows:

    i) If the event and market are offered for live betting, the bets shall stand at the corrected odds applicable at the time the bet was placed (where the corrected odds would be less than 1.01, the bets shall be void), unless the result had already been determined, in which case the bets shall be void.

ii) If the match or market is not offered for live betting, the bets shall stand provided the selected participant or team had not gained an advantage (for example, a score or an opponent being sent off). Where an advantage had been gained, Interwetten reserves the right to void the bets whether they win or lose. Any bet for which the outcome was already known, including live bets, shall be void.

Where a manifest error occurs and/or is identified during live betting or after the end of an event, the bet cannot be cashed out. If, due to an error, a Cash Out settlement is accepted, the Cash Out settlement will be cancelled and the bet will be restored to its previous status or settled based on the result of the affected market. If repeated attempts are made to place bets and Cash Out those bets on the same markets before the manifest error has been corrected/identified, both the Cash Out settlement and the bet itself will be cancelled.

For bet settlement purposes, statistics from the official organising authority/body of the relevant competition or event will be used unless otherwise specified in the betting rules for the relevant sport. Where there is no organising authority and/or the official organising authority's statistics are unavailable, or there are specific indications/evidence that they are incorrect, bets will be settled on the basis of Interwetten's statistics and/or those of Interwetten's official partner providers. If neither Interwetten's statistics nor those of its official partner providers are available for any reason, the bets will be settled as void and the stakes returned.

Events that are interrupted or postponed and are not completed on the same calendar day as the official scheduled start time shall be deemed void and all stakes on selections relating to those events shall be returned. If an event is interrupted after it has started and is not completed or officially ratified with a result by the organising authority on the same calendar day as its official scheduled start time, all bets shall be deemed void and the stakes returned. The above rules do not apply to Tennis, where bets on tennis matches are voided only if the matches are not resumed and completed by the end of the tournament. This rule does not apply to Qualification/Trophy-Winner markets offered in relation to a particular fixture. Such markets will be settled according to the final outcome of the qualification/competition.

Interwetten reserves the right to void bets if the venue of an event changes.

Interwetten reserves the right to void bets where there are fundamental changes to the conditions of an event, such as where a team starts a match with fewer than the minimum permitted number of players, or where the duration of a match, the distance of a race or the number of periods is changed, etc.

Where Interwetten determines, in its absolute and sole discretion, that a customer:

    a. has registered and/or uses more than one account; and/or
    b. has acted in cooperation with one or more other persons through a series of different Interwetten accounts to back the same selection or the same combination of selections (regardless of whether the bets were placed separately, at a series of identical and/or different odds, or on different days) in an attempt to exceed the maximum possible payout applicable to a single account holder through linked accounts, Interwetten reserves the right to withhold any winnings arising from such conduct.

A series of bets may be treated as one where a customer places multiple copies of the same bet. In such circumstances, all bets will be void except the first one placed. The use of a “banker" selection or selections to circumvent betting limits or payout limits is not permitted. Interwetten reserves the right to void any bet where a single selection (the “banker") is combined with other selections in order to circumvent Interwetten's betting or payout limits. In such circumstances, all bets will be void except the first one placed.

Where a series of bets containing identical or similar selections is received from different customers within a short period of time, Interwetten reserves the right to void all such bets, even if the bets have already been settled.

Events offered as 3x3, 4x4, 5x5, 6x6, etc. All bets shall be considered valid for the result at “Regular Time" or the “Final Result". “Regular Time" is defined in accordance with the interpretation under the official rules published by the competent federation. If the competent federation determines before the start of the event that the event will be played over a different duration, that decision shall be treated as the official rule for the event. The format of the game will be stated in accordance with the official rules of play. Nevertheless, the duration of the event shall be deemed to be its “regular playing time" and shall not include any extra time unless expressly stated otherwise.

Winnings will be credited to customers' accounts once the final result has been confirmed. Any subsequent amendment of the result, for example as a result of disciplinary proceedings (doping), intervention by governing bodies, later pending objections or subsequent court decisions, shall have no effect on the result. Nevertheless, Interwetten reserves the right to reverse any winnings where an event is under investigation on suspicion of criminal activity that may have affected its outcome. If an irregularity is established, Interwetten reserves the right to void any bet relating to the event.

    Explanation of Bet Types

Goalscorer: First, Last, Anytime / To Score 2 or More Goals / To Score a Hat-Trick / First Home-Team Player / First Away-Team Player. Every effort will be made to offer odds on the above bets for all players who may take part in a match. In all cases, however, if a player scores, for example, the first or last goal, that player will be treated as the winning selection even if no odds had been available for that player.

Bets apply to regular time only. Own goals (as determined by the official authority) do not count and will be disregarded unless otherwise stated in the market wording.

First Goalscorer bets are void if the player enters as a substitute after the first goal of the match, except where the first goal was an own goal, which is disregarded.

Last Goalscorer bets apply to any player who takes part in the match, regardless of when the player enters the game.

Anytime Goalscorer bets apply to any player who takes part in the match, regardless of when the player enters the game.

If a match is interrupted after at least one goal has been scored, First Goalscorer bets shall stand while Last Goalscorer bets shall be void.

If a player has scored in a match and the match is subsequently interrupted, Anytime Goalscorer bets on that player will be settled as winning. All bets on players who had not scored will be void.

Bets on the “To Score 2+ Goals" market are settled as winning if the selected player scores two or more goals in the match.

Bets on the “To Score a Hat-Trick" market are settled as winning if the selected player scores three or more goals in the match.

Player to Score / Player Not to Score. Every effort will be made to offer odds on the above bets for all players who may take part in a match. In all cases, however, if a player scores, for example, the first or last goal, that player will be treated as the winning selection even if no odds had been available for that player.

Predict whether a player will score in a match. Bets are valid for players who take part in the match. If a player has scored and the match is subsequently interrupted, the bets remain valid. Bets on the “Player Not to Score" market are valid only for players who are in their team's starting line-up at kick-off. Bets on players who are on the bench at kick-off will be settled as void.

The “Player to Score" market will be settled as void in live betting if the selected player does not participate at all in the match after the bet was placed (for example, a player selected as a goalscorer at half-time who is substituted before the start of the second half).

Player to Score in Both Halves. Bets on players who do not participate in the match are void. Bets where the selected player enters the game after the end of his team's first half are void. Bets on players who scored in the first half and then leave the match (substitution, injury, etc.) will be settled as losing. Own goals do not count.

Next Team to Score (Goal 1) / Team to Score the 1st Goal. Predict which team will score first in the match. If no goal is scored, this will be represented, where available, by the draw option (No Goal). All bets shall stand if an event is interrupted after a goal has already been scored.

Group Betting. Predict which participant in a group will finish in the highest/best position. Bets are valid for participants who start. Otherwise, they will be void.

H2H (Head-to-Head) Bets. Predict which of the two participants will finish in the higher position, achieve the better result or score more points. Both participants must start for the bets to be valid. In addition, at least one of the two participants must finish according to the official result; otherwise all bets will be void.

Head-3-Head (H3H). The same rules as Head-2-Head apply. The only difference between H2H and H3H is the number of participants: two in H2H and three in H3H.

Half-Time Betting. Predict the result at half-time. Half-time bets remain valid regardless of whether the match is subsequently interrupted and may be settled based on the half-time result even if the match is later interrupted and not completed.

Half-Time/Full-Time Bets. Predict the half-time and regular-time result of a match. If a match is 0-0 (X) at half-time and 1-1 (X) at full time, the correct combination is X/X. If a match is 1-0 (1) at half-time and 1-2 (2) at full time, the correct prediction is 1/2.

Asian Handicap. Asian handicap markets are alternative markets in which you may place a bet on a team with an advantage/disadvantage relative to the opposing team. For your bet to be considered winning, the stated advantage/disadvantage must be covered by the event result. Asian markets have two possible outcomes (two-way markets) rather than three. There is no draw option in Asian handicap betting, so there are only two possible outcomes. Asian handicaps may be whole, fractional or a combination of the two and are intended to balance differences in quality between opposing teams. Depending on the Asian handicap selected (0.25, 0.50, 0.75, 1.00, etc.), the amount staked is divided equally and placed as two separate bets.

Asian Goals Over/Under. Asian Goals Over/Under markets are alternative markets in which you may bet on the total number of goals in a match or half, depending on the market selections. Asian Over/Under lines may be whole, fractional or a combination of the two and allow betting on alternative goal totals. For each Asian Over/Under line (0.25, 0.50, 0.75, 1.00, etc.), the stake is divided equally and placed as two separate bets.

If a game is interrupted before completion, all bets will be settled as void except those that have already been determined.

Asian Handicap, Live Betting. Live bets placed on Asian handicap markets will be settled based on the score for the remainder of the game or half from the time the bet was placed. The score at the time the bet was placed does not count for settlement purposes.

Asian Goals Over/Under, Live Betting. For settlement of bets placed on Asian Goals Over/Under markets, the score counts from the beginning of the match.

Total Goals, Half Totals, Team Goals Markets. These markets include Total Goals, Exact Total Goals, Goals Over/Under, 1st Half Over/Under, 1st Half Total Goals, 2nd Half Over/Under, 2nd Half Total Goals, Team Goals Over/Under and 1st Half Team Goals Over/Under and concern predictions of the total goals scored in the match, in a half, or by the team specified in the market. The following general rule applies to these markets: if a match is interrupted for any reason and the highest goal threshold of the offered bet has already been reached (for example, Over/Under 2.5 goals and 3 goals have been scored before the interruption), the bets remain valid. Otherwise, they will be settled at odds of 1.00.

Match Winner / 1X2. Predict the winner of the match. The regular-time rule applies unless otherwise stated.

Match Winner / 12. Predict the winner of the match including extra time, penalties, etc.

Half with Most Goals. Predict the half in which the most goals will be scored. In the event of a tie, this means the same number of goals was scored in each half.

Match with Most Goals. Predict which of the offered matches will have the most goals. If an event is interrupted after it has already recorded the highest number of goals, all bets remain valid. Otherwise, all bets will be void.

Head 2 Head – Season (Competition). Predict which team or participant will finish in the higher position in a competition at the end of the season. Play-offs are not included unless otherwise stated in the market wording. The market is settled according to the official, ratified standings of the organising authority.

Qualification / Trophy Winner. Predict the team that will qualify for the next round/stage of a competition or win the trophy. The following general rule applies to qualification markets: markets are settled based on the official results of the relevant organising authority. Any objections, sanctions or cancellations after completion of the matches/competition are disregarded for settlement purposes. If a team is expelled from the competition before the match and the opponent advances without playing, qualification bets on that fixture will be void.

Time of First Goal / First Goal Before/After 28' / Early Goal in the Match. Predict the time of the first goal and whether it will be scored early in the match. Note: the 1st minute of a match is the period from 00:00 to 00:59. Accordingly, a goal scored, for example, at 32:08 is deemed to have been scored in the 33rd minute.

Result (1X2) Minutes XX:xx - XX:xx. The market is settled according to the result of the match during the predetermined time interval stated in its title. Thus, for example, the market Result (1X2) Minutes 00:00 - 09:59 is settled based on which team scored the most goals during 00:00 - 09:59.

Under/Over and Totals. Predict whether the total number of goals/points in a match/event will be above or below the specified offered threshold. If the line is 2.5 goals and the match ends 1-1, the total number of goals scored is two (2) and the correct prediction is Under 2.5. If the line is 2.5 goals and the final score is 3-0 (total of 3 goals), the correct prediction is Over 2.5 goals. All Under/Over bets and points bets will be settled normally where a greater number of goals/points than the market line has already been recorded, regardless of whether the match is later interrupted. If the bet has not yet been determined, it will be settled at odds of 1.00.

Winner / Outright. Predict the winner of a competition or event. Stakes on non-participants are not refunded. For confirmed participants not included in Interwetten's list, odds may be offered at the customer's request. The market is settled according to the official ratified standings of the organising authority.

    PART C

    Specific Provisions by Offered Sport/Market

    Football - Various Football Markets

Final Result. All match markets are based on the result after 90 minutes of play (also referred to as full time or regular time), unless otherwise specified. Time added by the referee for stoppages or other added time is included. Extra time and time allocated to a penalty shoot-out are not included. The only exception to this rule concerns friendly matches that are not governed by any organising authority, where all markets will be settled on the actual final score at the end of the game (excluding extra time), regardless of whether the full 90 minutes are played, and Beach Soccer, where markets are settled after 36 minutes of play. If the participating teams and/or referees determine before kick-off that the match will be played over a different duration from the usual 90 minutes, that decision will be treated as the official rules of the match (for example, a friendly played in two 40-minute halves). If, for any reason, the format of a friendly match changes from two halves to three or more periods, all bets on the match will be void.

Extra-Time Betting. Extra time means any scheduled period of play between the end of regular time (e.g. 90 minutes plus any stoppage or other added time) and the end of the match. Live betting markets on extra time are settled based on the official statistics for the extra-time period. Extra time does not include the penalty shoot-out.

Postponed, Rescheduled or Abandoned Matches. Matches that are not played or are postponed are treated as Non-Participants for settlement purposes and all bets are settled as void. If a match is played before the scheduled date or start time, bets on that match remain valid provided they were placed before the match started. Bets on any match abandoned before completion of 90 minutes will be void, except where settlement had already been determined before the abandonment or where the competent authority promptly declares the score at that time to be the official and final result. In that case, 1X2 and Double Chance markets are settled according to the official result and all other markets are void unless already determined. For example, First Goalscorer or First Goal bets remain valid if a goal had been scored before the interruption.

Matches Not Played Under the Stated Conditions. If the venue of a match changes, bets already placed remain valid provided the designated home team continues to be treated as the home team. If the home and away teams are reversed, bets placed based on the original listing will be void. We make every effort to indicate on our website matches played at neutral venues. For games played at a neutral venue, whether or not this is noted on our website, all bets remain valid regardless of which team is listed as the home team. If an official authority lists different teams from those shown on our website, all bets will be void (for example, where the official authority specifies youth or women's teams and our website does not include that designation).

    Bet Settlement

Next Goalscorer (Goal X). Bets on the Next Goalscorer market are valid for players participating in the match at the time the bet is placed. If the next goal is an own goal, bets on the next goalscorer are settled as losing. If no goal is scored after the bet is placed, the bets are settled as losing. The “Next Goalscorer" market will be settled as void in live betting if the selected player does not participate at all after the bet is placed, e.g. a player selected to score during the first half who is substituted at half-time.

Correct Score. Predict the score at the end of regular time. Own goals count.

First/Last Team Goalscorer. Bets on players who do not take part in the match are void. Bets where the selected player enters the match after his team's first goal has been scored are void, regardless of whether the selected player later scores. Own goals do not count.

Head 2 Head Goalscorer. Both players must start the match for bets to be valid.

Time of First Goal. If a match is interrupted after the first goal has been scored, all bets remain valid. If the match is interrupted before the first goal is scored, all bets relating to elapsed time periods are lost, while all remaining bets relating to periods after the interruption are void and treated as non-participants. For settlement purposes, the first minute of the match is the period from the first second through the 59th second. The second minute is from 1:00 through 1:59, and so on. For example, if a bet is placed on the first goal being scored between the 1st and 10th minute and the goal is scored at 10:49, that bet is lost because the goal is deemed to have been scored in the 11th minute.

Division/Relegation Betting. Bets will not remain valid if the official rules of the competition change during the competition, for example a change in the number of teams to be relegated. In that case, all bets in the market will be refunded. For settlement purposes, team positions after completion of the schedule and ratification of the competition standings will determine the placings (dead-heat rules apply where two or more teams are tied, in accordance with the official competition rules), without taking into account subsequent changes or appeals by the relevant leagues. Bets remain valid for teams that have not completed all matches. If a team is expelled from the league before the start of the season, all bets in the market will be void. If a team is expelled during the season due to external factors (for example, debts), bets on the expelled team will be void.

Top Goalscorer (Outright). Only goals scored in the relevant competition during 90 minutes and extra time count; goals in penalty shoot-outs do not count, irrespective of the team involved. Only goals scored in the relevant competition upon completion of the schedule count, unless otherwise stated in the market name. Own goals do not count. Dead-heat rules apply. Outright bets (Team Top Goalscorer, Team First Goal in Competition) on players who do not play at all in the competition are void. For the FA Cup, goals count from the 1st round onwards.

Head 2 Head Season / Team Total Points. If a team does not complete the scheduled season, all head-to-head and team-points bets concerning that team are void whether winning or losing, unless the market has already been mathematically determined.

Handicap Betting, including live betting (3-Way). Settlement is based on the odds shown for the actual score after application of the handicap.

Half-Time Result, including live betting. Bets are void if the first half is not completed.

Half-Time Correct Score. Bets are void if the first half is not completed.

Half with Most Goals. Bets are void if the match is not completed, unless settlement has already been determined.

First-Half Goals. Bets are void if the match is interrupted before the end of the first half, unless settlement has already been determined.

Half-Time/Full-Time Second-Half Bets. Extra time and penalty shoot-outs do not count. All bets placed on outcomes occurring during the second half (e.g. 2nd Half Result, 2nd Half Double Chance, etc.) apply only to the period between the start and end of the second half. The start/end of each half is determined by the referee's whistle starting/ending that half.

Double Chance. The following selections are available: 1 or X – if the result is a home win or draw, the selection wins / X or 2 – if the result is a draw or away win, the selection wins / 1 or 2 – if the result is a home win or away win, the selection wins. If a match is played at a neutral venue, the team listed first will be treated as the home team for betting purposes.

Extra-Time Goals in Live Betting. Only goals scored in extra time count. If a match is interrupted before extra time is completed, all bets are void except those whose settlement has already been determined.

Goal Betting in Live Betting. For live bets, all goals count regardless of whether they were scored before or after the bet was placed.

    Competition Betting (Outrights)

Team Top Goalscorer. Only goals scored in the relevant competition during 90 minutes and extra time for the team named in the market count; goals scored in penalty shoot-outs do not count. Only goals in the relevant competition upon completion of the schedule count unless otherwise stated in the market name. Own goals do not count. Dead-heat rules apply. Outright bets (Team Top Goalscorer, Team First Goal in Competition) on players who do not play at all in the competition are void.

Club Top Goalscorer. Goals scored during 90 minutes and extra time count; goals in penalty shoot-outs do not count. Dead-heat rules apply. If no player from the team scores, the bets are void.

Top Goalscorer. Goals scored during 90 minutes and extra time count, but not goals scored in a penalty shoot-out after extra time. Dead-heat rules apply (except where the market is based on the player receiving the Golden Boot, etc.). The team shown is for reference only. For the FA Cup, goals count from the 1st round onwards.

    Competition Totals

Total Yellow Cards in Competition. The maximum number of yellow cards per player per match is two. Yellow cards shown during extra time and the penalty shoot-out count. Yellow cards shown to substitutes (players on the bench) count for this market, excluding players who have already been substituted off.

Total Red Cards in Competition. The maximum number of red cards per player per match is one. Red cards shown during extra time and the penalty shoot-out count. Red cards shown to substitutes (players on the bench) count for this market, excluding players who have already been substituted off. Cards shown to coaches or members of the technical staff do not count.

Team Total Goals. Goals scored during the 90 minutes of regular time and extra time count, but goals in the penalty shoot-out do not.

Competition Goals. Goals scored during the 90 minutes of regular time and extra time count, but goals in the penalty shoot-out do not.

Competition Penalties. Penalties taken during the 90 minutes of regular time and extra time count. If a penalty is retaken, only the final attempt counts.

Competition Corners. Only corners taken during the 90 minutes of regular time count.

Competition Winner and Top Goalscorer (Double). Bets are settled as winning if both the named team and the named player are winning selections. In the event of a tie in the competition top-goalscorer market, dead-heat rules apply and the bet is settled by dividing the selected odds by the total number of joint top goalscorers.

Head 2 Head Team Goalscorer. Only goals scored in the relevant competition during 90 minutes of regular time and extra time for the team named in the market count; goals in penalty shoot-outs do not. Only goals in the relevant competition upon completion of the schedule count unless otherwise stated in the market name. Own goals do not count. In the event of a tie, all stakes are refunded.

Team to Progress Furthest. Predict the round in which each team will be eliminated, irrespective of extra time, replays, etc. The team that wins the final is deemed to have progressed furthest. Dead-heat rules apply. This applies whether the bet is pre-match/fixed odds or live.

Head 2 Head Qualification. If a team is expelled from the competition before the match and the opponent advances without playing, qualification bets on that fixture will be void.

Season Specials. Bets are settled based on the team's final league position and points total for the season. Play-off points do not count unless specifically stated in the special market.

To Reach the Play-Offs. Teams finishing in positions that qualify them for the play-offs are winning selections in this market.

To Finish in the Top/Bottom Half of the Table. Bets are settled based on the official league positions at the end of the season.

Relegation Betting. Bets will be void if the organising authority changes the rules during the season. For example, if the number of teams to be relegated changes after the league has started, bets on this market will be void and refunded.

If a team is expelled from the league before the start of the season, all bets on this market will be void and a new relegation market will be opened.

If a team is expelled from the league during the season due to external factors (for example, debts), bets on the expelled team will be void.

A points deduction imposed on a team by the organising authority (as a sanction) does not affect settlement of the market.

Team Goals. The number of goals scored by the specified team during the 90 minutes of regular time, excluding extra time and penalty shoot-outs.

Total Corners, Second-Half Corners. If the match is interrupted before completion of 90 minutes of regular time, bets are void unless settlement has already been determined. If a corner is retaken (for example, due to a foul in the penalty area), only one corner counts. Corners awarded but not taken do not count.

Extra-Time Corners in Live Betting. Only corners during extra time count. If the match is interrupted before extra time is completed, all bets are void except those whose settlement has already been determined. Corners awarded but not taken do not count.

Corner Handicap. The handicap is applied to the final number of corners for each team to determine the winner. Bets are void if the match is interrupted. Corners awarded but not taken do not count.

Additional Corners. Settlement of the Additional Corners market is based on the total number of corners at the end of the match. Corners awarded but not taken do not count.

Team to Win the First Corner. The market is settled according to the team awarded the first corner in the match. If the match is interrupted before completion of 90 minutes of regular time, bets are void unless settlement has already been determined. Corners awarded but not taken do not count.

Team Total Corners / Corners Between Minutes XX:XX - XX:XX. Bets are settled according to the time a corner is awarded rather than the time it is taken. Corners awarded but not taken do not count. If a corner is retaken, only one execution counts.

First Team to X Corners. The market is settled according to the team that is first to reach the stated number of corners won. If the match is interrupted before completion of 90 minutes of regular time, bets are void unless settlement has already been determined. Corners awarded but not taken do not count.

Team to Win the Most Corners. The market is settled according to the team that wins the most corners in the match. If the match is interrupted before completion of 90 minutes of regular time, bets are void unless settlement has already been determined. Corners awarded but not taken do not count.

Extra-Time Goal Betting in Live Betting. The live goal-betting rules apply, but only goals scored in extra time count. The score is treated as 0-0 at the start of extra time.

Odd/Even Goals. If the score is 0-0, the bet is settled as Even. If the match is not completed, the bets are void.

Both Teams to Score / No Goal (GG/NG). “GG" means both teams to score. “NG" means that one or both teams do not score. If a match is interrupted after both teams have scored, GG bets are settled as winning and NG bets as losing. If the match is postponed or interrupted before both teams have scored, the bets are void.

Sum of Goal Minutes. Predict the total of the minutes in which goals are scored in a match. For example, if goals are scored in the 24th, 51st and 59th minutes, the total is 134. Goals scored in first-half stoppage time count as minute 45. Goals scored in second-half stoppage time count as minute 90. If the match is interrupted, bets are void except those already determined by the goals scored (for example, goals in minutes 40, 45 and 60 and interruption in the 65th minute: Over 140 bets are paid as winning and Under bets are losing).

Number of Cards in the Match. Bets are settled according to all data provided by our providers and only for cards shown to players during regular time. A yellow card counts as 1 and a red card as 2. A second yellow card is disregarded and the resulting red card counts instead. The maximum count per player is 3. Cards shown after the end of the match do not count. If a match is interrupted before the end of regular time, bets are void unless settlement has already been determined. Cards shown to substitutes (players on the bench) do not count for this market, nor do cards shown to players who have already been substituted off. Cards shown to substitutes may count ONLY if the carded player later enters the match; in that case the card is recorded at the time the player enters the field. Cards shown to coaches or members of the technical staff do not count. Cards shown during the half-time interval count towards second-half statistics provided the player(s) shown the card participate in the second half and are not substituted before it begins.

Total Yellow Cards Over/Under. Bets are settled according to all data provided by our providers and only for cards shown during regular time. Cards shown after the end of the match do not count. Only yellow cards shown during the match count. The maximum number of yellow cards per player is two. Cards shown to substitutes (players on the bench) do not count for this market, nor do cards shown to players who have already been substituted off.

First/Last Yellow/Red Card. If two or more players receive a yellow/red card at the same time, the player to whom the referee first shows the card is the winning selection. Cards shown to substitutes do not count for this market if they have not taken part in the match. Players not eligible to participate in the match do not count. Cards shown to coaches or members of the technical staff do not count.

Player to Receive a Card / Player to Receive a Red Card. Bets on a player to receive a card/red card are valid for any player who participates in the match, regardless of the time at which the player enters. If a match is interrupted, the bets remain valid if the participant in question has already received a card. Otherwise, all bets are settled at odds of 1.00. Cards shown to substitutes count only if the carded player subsequently enters the match, in which case the card is recorded at the time the player enters the field. Cards shown to players who have already been substituted off do not count. Players not eligible to participate in the match do not count. Cards shown to coaches or members of the technical staff do not count.

Team to Score the First/Second/Next Goal. Own goals count in favour of the team to which the goal is officially awarded.

Team to Score Last. If the match is interrupted, the bets are void.

Next Penalty. Predict whether the next penalty will be scored or missed. If the match does not proceed to a penalty shoot-out or the team does not take any penalty, all bets are void.

Red Card and Penalty Awarded. Bets are settled according to red cards shown and penalties awarded during regular time. Red cards shown to substitutes do not count for this market, nor do red cards shown to players who have already been substituted off. Red cards shown after the end of the match do not count. If the match is interrupted before the end of regular time, bets are void unless settlement has already been determined.

    Use of VAR

Where VAR is used, the incident that triggered the review shall, for the purposes of these rules, be deemed to have occurred at the time of the underlying incident rather than at the time the VAR decision is made. For example, if a market concerns a goal being scored between 30:00 and 40:00 and a goal is scored at 38:36 while the assistant referee signals offside, and VAR subsequently confirms the goal, the goal time will be 38:36 and the market will be settled as winning.

If we have settled a bet and a subsequent VAR decision shows that the settlement was incorrect, we reserve the right to reverse the settlement, provided the VAR decision was made before completion of the match or other relevant betting period.

Bets placed between an incident that leads to a VAR review and the related VAR decision will be void unless: i) the VAR review and subsequent decision ultimately do not change the original decision; or ii) the VAR review and subsequent decision change the original decision but do not materially affect the particular bet (for example, where the incident under VAR review is unrelated to the outcome of that bet). All bets not materially affected by the VAR review and subsequent decision remain valid.

For settlement purposes, VAR will be deemed to have been used where this is apparent from the referee's gestures (for example, gestures or a stoppage of play to review the incident) and/or where use of VAR is confirmed in the match report issued by the official body of the relevant competition responsible for overseeing the match. Where it is unclear whether VAR was used due to lack of television coverage and/or conflicting reports, Interwetten will settle bets based on information received from its providers or any reliable online or offline source.

Referee to Review the Video (Yes/No). Where communication takes place between the referee and the VAR room, the referee must personally review the video for a “Yes" bet to be settled as winning. If the referee does not personally review the video, the “Yes" bet will lose and the “No" bet will be settled as winning. This market will be offered on selected matches. For settlement purposes, only the television coverage of the match will be considered, as there are no official websites or providers that report whether the referee personally viewed the VAR monitor. If the television coverage does not clearly show, for any reason, whether the referee personally reviewed the video, bets on this market will be void.

Simulated Reality Football. Simulated Reality Football is a new sport based on Artificial Intelligence that gives users the opportunity to bet before or during events that mirror real football matches. Simulated Reality Football events reflect the actual form of teams and the nature of the game. Everything is determined by and based on historical data from our provider. All match markets are based on the result of a 90-minute game (2 x 45), as in real football matches. All markets will be settled according to the updated results of our provider, using a Random Number Generator to determine the outcome.

Penalty Situation. During the period from the award of a penalty until it is taken, odds are subject to changes reflecting the probability of a goal being scored. Interwetten reserves the right to void affected betting selections placed after the referee awards the penalty if, for any reason, the penalty is not taken or the decision to award it is overturned.

Total / Team Match Statistics Markets. (Total Goal Attempts, Total Shots on Target, Total Fouls, Offsides Over/Under, Total Goal Kicks, Total Throw-Ins, Distance Covered, Ball Possession, Total Tackles, Total Passes, Woodwork). Total/team statistics markets concern aggregate totals recorded in the relevant statistical category during a match. Statistics markets may relate either to the combined total of both teams or to the total for each team separately, as stated in the market title. Such markets may relate either to the whole of regular time or to a specified period of the match, as stated in the market title.

    Time Restrictions

    • These markets apply only to regular time. Extra time is not included.
    • Each market has a specific time marker (half number and time in MM:SS format). This indicates the starting point for assessing the next relevant event. For example, “After 1st Half 00:00" means the next event after kick-off. The time marker is static and does not update; it simply represents the time point used for settlement.
    • The match clock runs from the start of the match (00:00) to the end of the match, including stoppage time. For example, first-half time runs from 00:00 to 45:00 plus any stoppage time (47:20 in the 1st half is still considered first-half time, while 47:20 in the 2nd half is considered second-half time).

    Examples

    • “Next Shot by Player X Inside/Outside the Box": After 1st Half 35:45

This market relates to the player's next shot, whether from inside or outside the penalty area, or to no further shot being recorded for Player X after the stated time point (37:45 in the 1st half). If a shot by Player X is recorded statistically as inside or outside the box at 38:50 in the 1st half, the type of shot will determine settlement. A new market with a different time marker will then be created for Player X's next opportunity to shoot from inside/outside the box.

    Basketball

Match Betting. All matches must start on the officially scheduled date (local time at the venue) for bets to be valid. If the venue changes, bets on the match remain valid provided the home team continues to be treated as the home team after the change. If the order Home-Away is reversed to Away-Home, the original match bets are void unless the match is played at a neutral venue. In two-way markets, stakes are refunded unless otherwise stated. Stakes on single bets are refunded and, in multiples/accumulators, the selection is treated at odds of 1.00. If a match is interrupted after it has started, bets are void except those whose outcome has already been determined. Live bets whose outcome has already been determined are also settled normally. Match bets are settled based on the score at the end of the match (final buzzer/official scoresheet). Subsequent disqualifications and/or appeals do not affect bets.

Pre-Match and In-Play Bets (including Specials). Bets placed either before or after the start of the match include any overtime period(s), unless otherwise specified, such as in a two-leg home-and-away stage where a tie in a single game does not itself lead to overtime. If the aggregate points of the two teams across both games are equal, the second game proceeds to overtime even if that individual game did not finish level. The markets “Regular Time Result" and “Match to Go to Overtime" are settled based on the score at the end of regular time and do not include overtime.

Half/Period Betting. All bets placed on events occurring during a specified period or half (for example, 1st Period - Winner) apply only to that period or half as timed by the organising authority. Overtime does NOT count for bets on period or half markets, nor for the markets “Period with Most Points", “Highest-Scoring Half", “To Win Both Halves", “To Win All Periods", “Team with Highest-Scoring Half" and “Team with Highest-Scoring Period", unless otherwise specified.

Half/Period with Most Points. Predict the half/period in which the most points will be scored. In the event of a tie, this means the same number of points was scored in both halves, or the same highest number in two or more periods.

Player Head 2 Head / Player Performance. Betting is available on the performance of a specific player across various statistical categories, e.g. points, rebounds, assists, blocks, free throws, etc. Player performances are compared for betting purposes in Player Head 2 Head markets. Handicaps may be used and added to each player's score to determine the market result. Stake-refund rules apply. Players must participate in the match for bets to be valid, i.e. they must receive playing time, regardless of whether they start. This also applies to combination player-performance/match bets (total points, win, handicap, etc.). If the player does not participate, the bets are void. Overtime counts for all player bets unless otherwise specified. Dead-heat rules apply.

Leader in a Statistical Category. Predict the player who will record the highest total in a particular statistical category. Betting is available on player performance across categories such as points, rebounds, assists, blocks, steals, three-pointers, turnovers, free throws, etc. The player with the highest total is the winner. Dead-heat rules do not apply. If two or more players record the same highest total in a category, they are all winners. For confirmed participants not included in Interwetten's list, odds may be offered at the customer's request. The market is settled according to the official box score of the organising authority. All bets remain valid even if the winning participant was not offered by Interwetten.

First Point Scorer / First Three-Point Scorer. Players must be participating in the match when the first point or first three-pointer, respectively, is scored for the bets to be valid. This also applies to the corresponding bets in each period/half. Otherwise, the bets are void.

Winning Margin. Predict the winning margin for either of the two teams.

First Team to X Points. Predict which team will first reach the stated number of points. In two-way markets, if neither team reaches the stated number of points as described in the market, the bets are void unless otherwise stated. In three-way markets, if neither team reaches the stated number, the winning selection is “Neither".

Rules for Friendly Matches. In friendly matches, the final result is the score at the end of the game, regardless of whether the duration or format differs from what was originally scheduled. If the two teams agree that no overtime will be played if the score is tied at the end of the game, bets on the Match Winner market are refunded and all other bets are settled based on the final score.

Championship, Conference & Division Winner Betting. Predict the winner of a competition or event. The market is settled according to the official ratified standings of the organising authority. All bets remain valid regardless of team relocation, team renaming or a change in the length of the season.

Team Wins / Head 2 Head. For markets relating to team wins, including “Total Wins" (over/under wins or exact number), “Unbeaten" and team “Head 2 Head", bets are valid if 100% of the originally scheduled regular-season games (excluding play-offs), as determined by the organising authority, are completed. Otherwise, stakes are refunded. All bets remain valid regardless of team relocation or renaming. The organising authority's standings will be used for settlement. Bets already determined before any interruption or change to the competition format are settled according to their outcome. Subsequent disqualifications and/or appeals do not affect bets.

Postseason. Bets remain valid for markets such as “To Make the Playoffs", “To Progress Furthest in the Playoffs", “Final 4 - Qualification", “To Qualify for the Semi-Finals", “To Reach the Final", “To Win a Medal", “Final Pairing", “Qualification" to the next stage and derivative markets, provided the postseason is conducted according to the originally scheduled format determined by the organising authority, irrespective of the originally scheduled number of regular-season games. If the competition format changes or the play-offs are not held, bets are void and stakes are refunded. All bets remain valid regardless of team relocation or renaming. Bets already determined before any interruption or format change are settled according to their outcome. Subsequent disqualifications and/or appeals do not affect bets.

Relegation Betting. Bets will not remain valid if the official competition rules change during the competition, for example a change in the number of teams to be relegated. In that case, all bets in the market will be refunded. For settlement purposes, team positions after completion of the schedule and ratification of the competition standings determine the placings, without taking into account subsequent changes or appeals by the relevant leagues. Bets remain valid for teams that have not completed all matches. If a team is expelled during the season due to external factors (for example, debts), bets on that team are void.

Group Winners/Qualification. Bets remain valid for markets such as “Group Winner", “Bottom Team", “Final Position", “Teams to Qualify", “Exact-Order Forecast", “Qualification" from a group and derivative markets, provided the relevant stage is conducted according to the originally scheduled format determined by the organising authority. If the format changes or the relevant stage is not completed, bets are void and stakes are refunded. All bets remain valid regardless of team relocation or renaming. The organising authority's standings will be used for settlement. Bets already determined before any interruption or format change are settled according to their outcome. Subsequent disqualifications and/or appeals do not affect bets.

Other Outright Markets. All other outright markets are settled normally based on the final standings in the event of an interruption, irrespective of the originally scheduled number of games. All bets remain valid regardless of team relocation or renaming. Dead-heat rules apply. Subsequent disqualifications and/or appeals do not affect bets.

Player Outright Markets. For statistical average markets involving points, rebounds, assists, three-pointers, blocks and steals (and combinations thereof), participants must play in at least 50% of the games as defined by the organising authority; otherwise stakes are refunded. For markets relating to total points, rebounds, assists, blocks, steals (and combinations thereof), double-doubles, triple-doubles, top scorer, leader in rebounds, assists, etc., participants must play in at least one match; otherwise stakes are refunded. All bets remain valid regardless of a player transfer during the season, provided the required total number of appearances has been completed. Dead-heat rules apply.

Player Outright Markets (NBA). For statistical average markets involving points, rebounds, assists, blocks and steals (and combinations thereof), participants must play in at least 70% of the games as defined by the organising authority; otherwise stakes are refunded. In the “Three-Point Average" market, the participant must make at least 82 three-pointers for bets to be valid; otherwise stakes are refunded.

Series Betting. Bets are void if the prescribed series is not completed or if the scheduled number of games is changed, based on the information of the organising authority.

Performance/Awards Markets. For bets to be valid, participants must take part in at least one match; otherwise stakes are refunded. Markets are settled based on the official statistics provided by the organising authorities of the relevant tournament. Subsequent changes do not affect settlement. Dead-heat rules apply.

Match/Team with Most Points. Predict which offered team will score the most points or which offered match will have the most points scored. If an event is interrupted after the highest number of points has already been recorded in that event, all bets remain valid. Otherwise, all bets are void. Dead-heat rules apply.

Team to Progress Furthest and Stage of Elimination. The highest official ranking, according to the organising authority, will be used for settlement, except where teams are eliminated at the same stage and no specific ranking position exists. In that case, bets are void.

3x3 Rules. For 3x3, Streetball and Big3 matches, bets are settled according to the official rules and results. If a match starts but is not completed, bets are void unless the result of the relevant market has already been determined.

Double-Double/Triple-Double. For a Double-Double, the player must record 10 or more in two of the following five statistical categories. For a Triple-Double, the player must record 10 or more in three of the five categories: Points, Rebounds, Assists, Blocks and Steals. Players must participate in the match for bets to be valid, regardless of whether they start.

Player Free Throws (1, 2, 3, 4, etc.). Predict whether a player will make or miss the free throw offered in the market. Free throws will be numbered accordingly, for example “Player X on his free throw (1, 2, 3, 4, etc.)". The market is settled according to the official game result following the referee's decision. Each player's free throws are numbered according to the official play-by-play report. For settlement, statistics from the official organising authority of the competition or event will be used. Where there is no organising authority and/or its statistics are unavailable or there are specific indications/evidence that they are incorrect, bets will be settled on the basis of Interwetten's statistics and/or those of its official partner providers.

First Event in the Match for Player/Team X. This refers to the first statistical event (made shot, two-pointer, three-pointer, rebound, assist, block, steal, turnover) recorded by the organising authority's statistical service according to the play-by-play.

Player X Total Points, Rebounds, Assists, Three-Pointers, Steals, Blocks (including combinations of these markets). For the bet to be settled as winning, Player X must reach or exceed the threshold stated in the relevant selection.

Player X at Least X Total Assists & at Least Y Total Points & at Least Z Total Rebounds (X, Y, Z). For the bet to be settled as winning, Player X must reach or exceed all stated thresholds (X, Y, Z).

Next Team of Player/Coach X Market. The market is settled based on the team with which Player/Coach X is under contract at the first official match of the season and whose roster he belongs to. If information is leaked that may affect betting outcomes, bets will be settled at odds of 1.00.

Next Coach. If a coaching change occurs before the start of the season, settlement is based on the first coach under contract with Team X for the first official match of the season. For mid-season coaching changes where a team does not immediately appoint a permanent replacement and uses interim options, an interim coach will be treated as permanent for settlement if he is on the bench for 10 or more official matches for clubs or 4 or more official matches for national teams. If information is leaked that may affect betting outcomes, bets will be settled at odds of 1.00.

Foul-Out. For the “Yes" selection to be settled as winning, a player must exceed the permitted number of fouls.

    Tennis

Tennis Match. A tennis match is deemed to have started with the first serve of the match. All bets remain valid in any of the following cases:

    a) Change of venue
    b) Change of match day and/or schedule
    c) Change of playing surface
    d) Change from indoor to outdoor court or vice versa

General Rule. This rule takes precedence over all others and applies to all offered betting markets. If a match starts but is not completed, all bets are void except bets already settled at the time of interruption or bets whose outcome could no longer have changed and had therefore already been determined at the time of interruption (see Examples 1-3 below).

Tournament Winner (Outright). If a player does not participate in the tournament, all bets are void. The player must play at least one point in the tournament for bets to be valid.

Match Winner (pre-match and live betting). All bets on the winner of a tennis match are void if the match starts but is not completed. If the match format changes and, as a result, the total number of sets changes (for example, best of 3 sets to best of 5 sets) or the total number of games in a set changes (for example, a 6-game set changes to a 4-game set), Match Winner bets remain valid, while bets relating to sets and games are void.

Tournament Head 2 Head (H2H) Bets. Both players/teams must play at least one point in the tournament for bets to be valid. If the two players/teams reach the same round, the bets are void.

Set Betting (current/next). Bets are void if the specified set is not completed or if the number of sets changes.

First to 3 Games. A player must win 3 games for the bet to count.

Current/Next Set Winner / Set X Multi-Choice Score. The relevant set must be completed for bets to be valid.

Tie-Break in the First Set. If the first set is not completed, bets are void unless the score has reached 6-6, in which case the market is settled as “Yes".

Tie-Break in the Match. If a match starts but is not completed, all bets are void unless a tie-break has already occurred in the match or a tie-break can no longer occur.

Double Result (Player to win/lose the first set and then win/lose the match). If a match starts but is not completed, all bets are void.

Number of Sets (pre-match and live betting). If a match starts but is not completed, all bets are void unless the final set had already started when a player was disqualified/retired or the bet had already been determined.

Set Score. If a match starts but is not completed, all bets are void except where the bet had already been determined. Example: the match is permanently stopped due to a player retiring when the set score is 1-1. Bets on set scores of 2-0 and 0-2 are settled as losing.

Total Games / Player Total Double Faults / Player Total Breaks / Total Breaks / Games Handicap / Aces Handicap, including live betting. For all these markets, a tie-break or Super/Match Tie-Break counts as one game. If there is a retirement, cancellation or change of court surface during the match, bets are void unless there is no possible way the set and/or match could have unfolded under normal conditions so as to change the already determined outcome of the market. Examples:

    1) The set is permanently stopped at 4-4. Bets on Over/Under 9.5 Games (or lower lines) are settled as winning/losing respectively, because every possible continuation would have produced at least 10 games. Bets on Over/Under 10.5 Games or higher are void.

    2) In a best-of-three-set match, play is permanently stopped at 6-4, 4-6. Bets on Over/Under 25.5 Games (or lower lines) are settled as winning/losing respectively. Bets on Over/Under 26.5 Games or higher are void.

    3) In a best-of-three-set match, play is permanently stopped at 6-4, 4-6, 5-5. Bets on either player with a handicap of +2.5 or greater are settled as winning, while bets with a handicap of -2.5 or lower (-4.5, -5.5, etc.) are settled as losing. All bets between -2 and +2 are void.

Handicap, Match Total Games and Player Games markets are based on a specified number of sets (see the relevant set market). If the specified number of sets changes or differs from the number offered for betting purposes, all bets are void.

Number of Aces / Double Faults / First Ace / Last Ace / First Double Fault / First Break / First Challenge / Match Duration (minutes) / 1st Set Duration (minutes) / Most Aces / Most Double Faults (set) / Player / First Break Point / Total Break Points / Total Winners / Individual Winners / Total Double Faults / Individual Double Faults / Total HawkEye Challenges. If a player is disqualified or retires, all bets are void unless the outcome of the bet has already been determined. Bets are settled according to official tournament statistics.

How Many Sets a Player Will Lose During the Entire Tournament. If a player retires from a match or does not participate from the outset, this is treated as a 2-0 set loss in best-of-three matches or a 3-0 set loss in best-of-five matches.

Stage of Elimination. The player must play at least one point in the tournament for bets to be valid.

Champions' Tie-Break. In some competitions (e.g. Seniors' Tour, non-Grand Slam doubles), matches tied at 1-1 sets are decided by a “Champions Tie-Break". Where a match is decided by a Champions Tie-Break, it is treated as the third set. Set Betting will be settled as 2-1 to the winner of the Champions Tie-Break. Any bets inadvertently accepted on Correct Score or number of Games in the 3rd set are void.

Match Result - Both Players to Win a Set / Match Result - Total Games (including live betting). If a match starts but is not completed, all bets are void.

Comeback Win / Straight Sets Markets (including live betting). If a match starts but is not completed, all bets are void unless settlement has already been determined.

Match with Most Games / Match with Fewest Games. The matches included in these markets must be completed for bets to be valid unless settlement has already been determined.

Finalists Forecast / Final Forecast / To Reach the Final / Finalist from Outside the Main Draw / Qualifier to Reach the Final / Wild Card to Reach the Final / To Qualify from the Group Stage. Bets on non-participants are void. If a player withdraws before the final, the scheduled match will be used to determine settlement. Specifically for the market “Qualifier to Reach the Final", a Lucky Loser is not considered to have qualified.

To Win the Tournament Without Losing a Set. Bets are valid only if the tournament is fully completed.

Stage of Elimination. The player must play at least one point for bets to be valid. If a market changes during the tournament and a particular player withdraws before the scheduled match, any bets placed after that player's previous round/match are void.

To Reach the Round / To Meet in the Round / Number of Top Seeds in the Semi-Finals / Number of Top Seeds in the Final / Number of Players of a Nationality in the Round. In the event of disqualification or retirement, all bets are void unless settlement has already been determined. If a market changes during a tournament and one or more players withdraw before their next scheduled match/round, bets on that market are void.

Fewest Games in Any Set. Bets are settled based on the set containing the fewest games in the match. The set must be completed for bets to be valid. In the event of retirement, all bets relating to this market are void.

Total Games in the Tournament / Sets in Round Markets / Seeds Eliminated in a Specified Round. The specified number of rounds must be fully completed for bets to be valid unless settlement has already been determined.

H2H / H2H Aces / H2H Double Faults / H2H First Serve (%). The specified matches of the players in the relevant round must be successfully completed for bets to be valid.

Maximum Consecutive Points / Maximum Consecutive Games. Number of consecutive points/games won by any player. If a match starts but is not completed, all bets are void unless settlement has already been determined.

Maximum Consecutive Points (Player A/B) / Maximum Consecutive Games (Player A/B). Number of consecutive points/games won by the specified player in each market. If a match starts but is not completed, all bets are void unless settlement has already been determined.

What Will Happen First in the Match. The market is settled according to data from our provider. Dead-heat rules apply.

    Motorsports

Formula 1 / MotoGP. All race bets are settled according to the classification of the official authority (FIA/FIM) at the time of the podium presentation. Subsequent penalties/disqualifications do not affect bets. All qualifying bets are settled based on the times recorded in the final stage of qualifying. If the final stage is cancelled for any reason, bets are settled according to the official FIA/FIM grid. Grid penalties and disqualifications do not affect settlement. If a race is red-flagged and the first start is officially annulled, this does not void bets. Bets remain valid for the subsequent restart until the race is officially completed.

For Head-2-Head (and H3H) bets, the following rules apply:

The named drivers/riders must start the relevant session (qualifying/race) for bets to be valid.

If a driver/rider is not classified in the race, the bet is considered lost provided the H2H opponent is classified.

If neither driver/rider is classified in the race, bets are settled at odds of 1.00.

For the market “Leader after completion of the 1st lap", the winning selection is the leading driver/rider who crosses the start/finish line after completing one racing lap (the formation lap does not count). If no racing lap is completed, bets are void.

Bets on the first driver/rider to retire from the race are settled according to the number of laps completed. If two or more drivers/riders retire after exactly the same lap, dead-heat rules apply (see 1.12). The formation lap counts for settlement of this market.

Outright Bets / Competition Winners. Bets are settled according to the standings after the final match/Grand Prix of the season and are not affected by subsequent disqualifications, appeals or points deductions.

Special Markets. The named drivers/riders must start the relevant session (qualifying/race) for bets to be valid. For bets concerning teams/constructors, both cars/motorcycles must start the session for the bets to remain valid. If at least one car/motorcycle does not start, all affected bets in the related special markets are settled at odds of 1.0 (void).

Outright Bets: Grand Prix Wins / Podiums / Fastest Lap Wins / Points. Participating drivers/riders must compete in at least 70% of the races as defined by the organising authority. Otherwise, the stake is refunded (for a 23-race season, the threshold is 16 appearances). In addition, all bets in these categories will be calculated and settled only for races in which the drivers/riders competed using the cars/motorcycles of the constructors with which they started the season. If a driver/rider competes with a vehicle from another constructor in one or more races, those races will not be included in final settlement.

Outright Bets: Retirements (during the race). A “retirement" means a driver/rider failing to finish a race (DNF) in which he/she started normally. Whether the driver/rider is listed as classified in the final results is irrelevant for settlement.

Formula 1 - Red Flag During the Race. Bets are valid from the race start. The formation lap does not count.

Formula 1 - Safety Car. If the Safety Car runs in front of the leading car because of an incident, or if the race starts behind the Safety Car, or if the race ends under Safety Car conditions even though the Safety Car did not have time to reach the track, the market will be settled as “Yes".

Formula 1 - Virtual Safety Car. If a Virtual Safety Car indication is displayed at the track, the market will be settled as “Yes". If the race starts or ends under Virtual Safety Car conditions, the market will be settled as “Yes".

Formula 1 - Team H2H. The team whose two drivers score the most points in total at the end of the race will be settled as the winner.

Formula 1 - Driver of the Day. The Driver of the Day, as voted by the fans, will be the driver listed on the official Formula 1 website (Formula1.com).

Formula 1/MotoGP - H2H First Lap. The winner will be the driver/rider who first crosses the finish line after completing one officially classified racing lap. If the event starts behind the Safety Car, bets will stand. The general Head-to-Head rule applies in all other cases.
