• I have made a deposit, where is my bonus?

In order to unlock the bonus, all five steps must be fulfilled. You’ll be credited with the 20% of the bonus after each step. The unlocked amount can be immediately paid out.

• Why can't I have my credit paid out?

The deposited money must be transacted once to make the payout possible. Since we don't block the deposit amount, clear gains can be paid out immediately, however no bonus can be unlocked without an account balance.

Bonus regulations:

1. The welcome bonus is available for every deposit until it reaches the maximum amount at €200. The bonus offer must be cleared within 14 days. After this period, any open bonus expires. Bonuses that have already been converted into real money are not affected.
   


2. The bonus amount will be activated in 5 predefined steps (see example below). As soon as the first step has been reached, the first bonus amount will automatically be credited to the customer’s account as real money.
   
   Within the promotion period the bonus will remain valid until the maximum bonus amount, which can be activated, is reached. The maximum bonus amount can therefore also be reached with multiple deposits within the promotion period. The bonus can be activated with the following products: Casino, Live Casino and Games.
   
   Users are free to activate the entire bonus with just a single product.
   
   The deposit amount must be staked a different amount of times on different products in accordance with the breakdown below before a bonus step may be withdrawn.
